Because I am broke from the home buying process, I've been forced to cut back on my food budget and eat ramen noodles for dinner. Back on 46 Atlantic ramen noodles were a staple!

My Slippers

I can not stress how important it is to have a great pair of slippers...These I got for Christmas and I have almost worn them everyday since. Great slippers are especially important when you live in Buffalo. Cold feet is the worst ever. In Buffalo it is cold for eight months out of the year, you can not walk around barefoot in the house in Buffalo unless you want to have extremely high gas bills - you need warm comfortable slippers.
Also, it snows six months of the year which means people are tracking in snow and wetness for six months out of the year, when you step in cold water, or snow, your feet get cold - unless you have warm dependable slippers.

I don't think I'm going to worry about the Bills Draft and them failing to dump Henry anymore. The Bills have a lot of young talent, a solid D, great special teams, and the offense HAS to be better without Bledsoe. I will be keeping my fingers crossed that there are a lot of Running Backs blowing their knees out in training camp though (as long I don't draft him in my Fantasy Draft before hand).

They have a great School System in Florida (the second one is VERY disturbing). Via DRUDGE

It will be a boring draft this weekend compared to the last few years. No Bledsoe trade, no crazy ass surprise picks like Willis, and no trade ups for my boy JP. Big Balls Big Night

Thought I would use the blog to chronicle our Fantasy Baseball Season. • "Blue Orchid" White Stripes. Literally just got this 4 minutes ago, but after one listen and I can say it is VERY good. By the way the Stripes are awesome if you don't have any of their albums, you are a fool a damn fool!
• "Beverly Hills" Weezer. Geoff told me to buy this one, and while Geoff is usually right and Weezer is usually very good, this song didn't do it for me. It is TOO catchy.
• "The Way We Get By" Spoon. I bought this one because it was the top downloaded song off the Music From The O.C.: Mix 1. Because I am totally queer.
• "An Honest Mistake" The Bravery. Excellent song, these guys are the next Killers.

I just bought Yahoo's StatTracker to track me Fantasy Baseball stats. I don't know what I would do without the ol' StatTracker. I stare at it for 8 minute increments, it is very unhealthy. (by the way I have 5 HR'S already tonight!!)

How Did I Miss This?!

This is OLD news - But looks like "THE WIRE" is coming back for a fourth season. This does NOT suck. Call me crazy but this is easily my favorite HBO series right now. Sopranos has been kind of weak the last two seasons, same with the last two seasons of Six Feet Under. Deadwood is great, but still is not in the same league as The Wire.

My Sirius Satellite Radio Review and LOTS of Dog Shit

Got a last SIRIUS Satellite Radio last week and I have to say I may never listen to regular radio again (well, accept for Howard, and when he moves over then I will REALLY never listen to regular radio again). Couple of quick points:
- There is ALWAYS a good song on
- There are two ESPN RADIO stations and several other decent sports talk stations
- NFL Radio (I listened to Dan Reeves break down the NCAA Final today)
- Did I mention that there is ALWAYS a good song on?
All of that and Howard hasn't even moved over. If I were you guys I'd get it now. It is pretty cheap and worth it.

Play Ball!

The first two days of the baseball season got off to a nice little start. The Yanks behind the BIG UNIT take out the Red Sox last night, and the BFLO BIG BALLS have an impressive opening day. I'm thinking I will enjoy watching Adam Dunn hit bombs all year (he hit two today).


I just caught back to back episodes of MTV's Inferno 2 and whoa, lets talk about ridiculousness. I first caught the end of episode 2 and poor Jon Brennan (who has found the Lord) sacrifices himself like Jesus for the team and loses BAD to BIG GAY DAN RENZI in the Inferno...I must admit I was intrigued, to top it all off Julie, the gay Mormon was left balling her eyes out over the loss of Jon.
Well, all of that was nothing. I stuck around for episode 3 and holy mackerel, crazy bitch Tonya throws Beth's clothes into the pool after Tonya finds out Beth told Robin she was fooling around with Mark, who I don't think is in this season. Anywho, it was quite the scene. I was in awe.
